MDW5B (see Walk Grades page) Members Only Limit 10 Bring Water, sunscreen, hat, morning tea and lunch A circuit on hilly terrain with mostly forest trails (Grade 4) and an off-track section (Grade 5). We will explore some natural rock gutters (very neat!) and then up to a viewing area that tourists don’t see. Long sleeves & long trousers will be handy for the off-track section. We will then cut across to the tourist path and visit the fire-tower building on top of the mountain. Descending and heading north, we follow a road, then a rocky descent of the Goat Track. After some easy road walking, we access the forest trails of Tewantin National Park again, and retrace our steps back to starting point. Meeting Place: Next to the BP garage. Meet at the car park in front of Big4 Ingenia Holidays Noosa (caravan park) 141 Cooroy Noosa Rd, Tewantin. We will then follow each other to small parking spot near the corner of Homestead Drive and Golf Course Drive, Tewantin.
