Volunteering/Education Prospective Members Welcome Limited to tickets available Please wear sturdy, enclosed shoes, hat, sunscreen and bring your own water bottle. Focus of planting is Planting Forests for Wildlife - food and habitat for Glossy Black Cockatoos (endangered) & Elf Skink (used to be endangered and lives in the reserve); Parking & shuttling will be organised from Mapleton or Obi Obi Hall if required (participants with a 4WD can enter the reserve) Possibly talks on Glossy Black Cockatoos and Elf Skink Aiming for 600 plants. Guided walks Materials and equipment for the planting activity are provided Morning tea provided RSVP Sunday 26 September but the 30 available tickets will run out before this.
