After the social breakfast (optional), join me for some nature connection. We'll meet at the carpark at the entrance to the national park track. From there we'll make our way down the steps to the bottom of the falls, where we'll start our forest bathing experience.

What is forest bathing?

Forest bathing is an evidenced and nature based wellbeing practice for promoting health. It orginated in Japan (called Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to 'forest bathing') and is about immersing ourselves in nature and engaging our senses.

Over the approx 2.5 hour walk, we'll cover the Kondalilla Falls circuit (approx 4.5km) plus about another 2km during the forest bathing. The FB component of walk will be slow and intentional, will engage our senses and you'll be invited to undertake some activities and to share your experience (all optional!).

Lunch: we'll plan to eat lunch at about 1pm so have a snack before we start if you need (or not if you've been to breakfast!).

In additional to the usual gear, please bring

- towel or mat to sit or lie on. The ground may be wet so please take this into consideration. A small portable chair would be suitable too if you can't sit on the ground.
