We will meet at 7.45 for a 8.00 am start.  On this hike we will climb Mount Boulder (490m). The track is steep with the last 300 m involving some rock scrambling but nothing too challenging. Instead of going down the same way, we will return to the Rock Pools via a 4wd/ forest management track. The  return track is mainly a wide gravel track through the Forest.

All up it is about 10 km. I have rated the walk a bit higher due to the Climb. The walk is within Woondum National Park. After the hike we can have something to eat and a swim at the Rockpools.

If the weather is forecast to be very hot, I may reduce the hike to an up and down of Mt Boulder.

Please bring plenty of water and would recommend hiking poles as the track can be slippery in the dry.

Moderate fitness and feeling comfortable with steep climbs is required for this hike. It won't be at a fast pace and we will take our time.
