This is a magical 11km loop through lush green ferns and forest canopy.  Beginning at Ewan Maddock Dam Carpark on Steve Irwin Way this is a relatively flat walk on a bike trail.  The winding track has some great views across the dam with Mt Beerwah towering in the distance. Halfway through the walk we will stop for morning tea alongside the dam. Leaving this area the track will take us through Black But forest as we make our way back to the start.  The carpark has toilet facilities and there is usually a coffee van in the carpark.  After the walk we may go into Landsbough to the bakery.
