CANCELLED BC / KYK Prospective Members Welcome Limit 12 Bring kayak, life jacket, food, water,walking shoes if the weather turns nasty. PREVIOUS KAYAKING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Plans can be adjusted depending on the weather. Saturday - 8:30 on the water kayaking across the lake to Kinaba Environmental Centre - approx 2 hours one way. If the wind is too strong- kayaking to Elanda Point.- approx 1 hour one way. Sunday - 8:30 on the water Kayaking across the lake and down Noosa River to John\'s Landing - approx 2 hours one way. Camping: tent, caravan or car camping, powered or unpowered. Showers/toilets available, limited due to renovations. Hot dinners available at the Apollonian Hotel. You will need to book your camping space at Boreen Point Campground asap. The unpowered section is preferable as it will allow us to camp as a group & close to the water. Recommend check-in on Fri 12th (so you don’t have to get up too early Saturday to join the paddle) & check-out Sun 14th
