This is a return walk of about 6km in the Lake Weyba Bushland Reserve. Lake Weyba is a large shallow lake...the name means stingray and they can be seen along the edges.

The Sunshine Coast Council have built bridges over the creek and a suspension bridge over the inlet where previously we had to wade through the lake. The track is flat and follows the edge of the lake through paperbark trees.

Morning tea will be beside the lake and we will return to our starting point.

(Text preferable for contacting the Leader)
