Walk Grade S1A (see walks grade page) Prospective Members Welcome People Limit 8 What to Bring: Snack (if required), 1-2L water, comfortable walking shoes The Maleny Trail is a 6.7km track that starts at the Maleny showgrounds and follows the Obi Obi Creek and the outskirts of the golf course. The track is well formed (boardwalk, concrete and dirt with some tree roots) and reasonably flat (although there are a few small undulations with steps or gradual climb). Along the way we\'ll stop and see if we can spot the resident platypus. Please see the link for more details: https://malenytrails.com.au . Directions: turn into the showgrounds from Maleny Stanley River Rd and take the road to the left. Follow this to the Maleny Showgrounds. The trail starts behind the tennis courts. Keep to the left as you come into the showgrounds and follow the road to the end. Toilets available.
