Kondalilla Falls to Flat Rock

SDW3C (see Walk Grades page) Prospective Members Welcome Limit 12 Bring morning tea, 2 litres water, swimmers, hat Walk is along the first section of Sunshine Coast Great Walk starting at M2 Kondalilla Falls picnic area and making our way past the viewing areas of Kondalilla Falls onto the graded track to the area known as Flat Rock. The walk does have a gradual descent of 200 metres to the morning tea spot at Flat Rock. Whilst a busy track, the further away from the picnic area, the quieter the track becomes. Always a club favourite walk, and what we walk down to we need to walk back up too.

What to bring:

Backpack
Walking shoes/boots
Appropriate clothing to suit conditions
Sufficient water (minimum 2L)
Whistle
First aid kit
Sunscreen
Hat
Insect repellent
