MDW6B (see Walk Grades page) Members only Limit 10 Bring morning tea,lunch minimum 2 litres water,hat and sunscreen A walk for experienced creek walkers,we commence this walk off Browns Creek Road Yandina heading upstream of Carol Creek meandering in the creek and along the banks,all off track,there is a climb up the side of a water fall,minor exposure but safe,a nice view down the valley as you climb to the morning tea spot,after morning tea we meander further up the creek to the exit point,a steep bush climb to a fire trail,depending on the day\'s temperature we may walk to Point Glorious Lookout for lunch or return to the start for lunch with all down hill home except if we go to Point Glorious which is uphill ! Location to meet: From the traffic lights at the IGA Yandina turn into Old Gympie Road heading west Travel up the hill for a few minutes until reaching Cooloolabin Road ,turn left into Cooloolabin Road travel 600 metres, turn right into Browns Creek Road,travel 3 kilometres, park on left in the open area in the trees.
