Meeting point is Beerwah PO where the walk starts and there is plenty of parking available. We begin by walking out of Beerwah down a tree lined avenue before we then turn onto a bike path that follows a creek through rainforest that leads to the National Park and Coochin Twins. We will be ascending Coochin East first; then down the saddle and up to Coochin West. There are outstanding views of the surrounding area and a little bit of easy rock scrambling, but nothing to challenging with an elevation gain of 200m. We return to Beerwah via the same route and finish at a local cafe if interested. Total distance approx 10km.
