CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN/TRACK CONDITIONS

Bring morning tea and lunch. This is the southern end of the Great Walk. It is a scenic walk of approx 12 km which passes through beautiful rainforest. The track makes its way up to Baroon Lookout. From there the track descends to the banks of Obi Obi creek. We follow the creek until we reach Flat Rock for morning tea. We will return by the same track back to Baroon Pocket Dam , where we can have a picnic lunch.

What to bring:

Backpack
Walking shoes/boots
Appropriate clothing to suit conditions
Sufficient water (minimum 2L)
Whistle
First aid kit
Sunscreen
Hat
Insect repellent
Morning tea
Picnic lunch to eat at carpark on return
