The Sunshine Coast Bushwalking Club has a membership of active bushwalkers from all walks of life who have a love of the outdoors.
Our Club Objectives
- To encourage bushwalking as a means of recreation and to provide facilities for bushwalking and other allied activities
- To promote regard for the welfare and conservation of the natural environment
- To promote social activities among members of the club and of kindred spirits
Our activity leaders are experienced bushwalkers so you are in good hands.
In addition to the website, our monthly newsletter, the Trudge helps prospective members and members stay connected and informed.
If you are at least 18 years of age and are moderately fit, you are welcome to join a Prospective Members walk. Go to Activities to see the list of upcoming activities. The Walk Grades will give you an idea of what to expect.
Members are advised that when they renew their membership that payment of the renewal is deemed to be full acceptance and understanding of the revised Club Acknowledgement and Indemnity Agreement.
The club has an extensive library of books and DVDs that you may borrow to research your next adventure.
