Summer Creek is in Conondale National Park.
Meet at Kenilworth Bakery at 7:30am. We drive to Charlie Moreland camp ground which is 13 km south west of Kenilworth. From there we drive along Sunday Creek Road for around 5km. We park near a bush track that will takes us to the Great Walk trail. We bypass Summer Creek Falls to walk along the Great walk for about 3/4km. Then it is down to Summer Creek to find a tributary. This is where the bushtalk becomes a bushwalk. We walk along the tributary until we scramble up 5 waterfalls. At the top, out of the creek we go, up to around 640m and then walk down a ridge back to Summer Creek. Next we cross the creek to find the Great walk. Around 1.2km later we head down a steep ridge to an inviting waterhole for a swim. Then back to the Great Walk to Summer Creek Falls and back to the cars same way as we came.
